Delete Your Data

ChatFit provides two options for managing your data:

Option 1: Delete specific data (keep your account)

You can delete some or all of your data while keeping your ChatFit account active.

Data you can delete individually:

  • Workout & exercise history — All exercises, sets, and workout records
  • Chat history — All chat threads and messages with the AI coach
  • Saved messages — Messages you've bookmarked
  • AI overview cache — Cached home screen AI summaries

In the app: Go to More → Delete my data, select the categories you want to remove, and confirm.

On the web: Sign in to your account and use the data deletion option on your Account page.

Option 2: Delete your entire account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. 1 Sign in to your ChatFit account.
  2. 2 Go to your Account page.
  3. 3 Press the Delete account button.
  4. 4 Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This will permanently delete:

  • • All your workout and exercise history
  • • Your ChatFit profile and account data
  • • All cloud-synced records
  • • Your ChatFit sign-in account

Data retention: No data is retained after deletion. All account information, workout history, and associated records are permanently removed from our servers immediately upon confirmation. This action cannot be undone.
